Every time a 19-year-old woman approached men between ages 25 and 50, asking for their help with a survey on gender equality, she gained the most answers when she wore the highest heels--83% of the men she approached consented to spend a few minutes answering her questions, in contrast to almost half as many, 47 percent, after she wore flat shoes. So women were also tested to determine their response, turns out that 33 percent of girls on average said yes to the poll request when approached by a different girl, regardless of the heel elevation. Heel height had no impact on girls.

This study was conducted by straight men and women that's important to notice as outcomes would different across bi's, lesbians etc..

Bottom Line:

In general women do not see what guys see regarding how heels can increase beauty.
